Present perfect ou simple past
A regra
Use o simple past com um tempo terminado e dito (yesterday, in 2020, ago). Use o present perfect quando o tempo não é dito ou ainda não acabou (ever, yet, this week).
Como se forma
simple past + finished time
I saw that film last week.
Vi esse filme semana passada.
have/has + participle (no time)
I've seen that film twice.
Já vi esse filme duas vezes.
Have you ever…? → past for the details
Have you ever been to Rome? Yes, I went there in 2019.
Você já foi a Roma? Sim, fui lá em 2019.
Erros comuns
I have finished it yesterday.I finished it yesterday.
Com yesterday (tempo terminado), use o simple past.
I live here since 2015.I have lived here since 2015.
Algo que começou no passado e continua, com since/for, pede present perfect.
