Condicional tipo 3 e mista
A regra
Para um passado que não aconteceu: if + had + particípio, e would have + particípio. Na mista, o passado imaginado muda o presente: would + verbo.
Como se forma
If + had + participle, would have + participle

Se você tivesse me contado, eu teria ajudado.
wouldn't have + participle

Não teríamos perdido o voo se tivéssemos saído mais cedo.
mixed: If + had + participle, would + verb (now)
If I had studied medicine, I would be a doctor now.
Se eu tivesse estudado medicina, seria médico agora.
Erros comuns
If I would have known, I would have come.If I had known, I would have come.
Depois de if, use had + particípio, não would have.

Resultado também no passado: would have + particípio.
