Past Simple: Falando de Eventos Concluídos
O Past Simple descreve ações que começaram e terminaram no passado — geralmente com um momento definido.
Quando usar
- Eventos concluídos: I visited London last year.
- Sequência de ações: She woke up, made coffee and left.
- Hábitos no passado: We played soccer every Sunday.
Verbos regulares
Adicione -ed ao infinitivo:
- work → worked
- play → played
- study → studied (consoante + y)
- stop → stopped (dobra a consoante)

Estrutura
Afirmativa: I worked late yesterday. Negativa: I didn't work late. (verbo volta ao infinitivo!) Interrogativa: Did you work late?

Erros comuns
- ❌ I didn't went → ✅ I didn't go
- ❌ Did you saw? → ✅ Did you see?
- Confundir was/were: I/he/she/it = was, you/we/they = were
